PRIMO NOVO 2025 – the first taste of the new year.

Our first young wine of the vintage is here: a fresh, light Grüner Veltliner – carefree, juicy, youthful, and vibrant – the perfect harbinger of the new vintage. On the nose, crisp apple and pear meet a delicate hint of exotic fruit. On the palate, this Grüner Veltliner is vibrant and playful: citrusy freshness, juicy fruit, subtle Veltliner spice – and a light, crystal-clear finish that immediately calls for another sip.

Food pairing recommendation: As an accompaniment, it goes perfectly with Heurigen classics, light appetizers, goose, as well as mild Asian cuisine - also ideal as an aperitif and for social gatherings.
