Refund policy

Returns:

If a wine from our Weingut Mittelbach Franz should ever show a wine fault, please send the affected bottle back to us. After a careful examination by our team, we will gladly replace the item. If the desired wine is no longer available, you will receive a voucher for the full purchase amount redeemable in our online shop.
Shipping costs for the return and the replacement wine will, of course, be covered by us – your satisfaction is important to us.
This policy is valid for up to 365 days after purchase. After this period, the right of return expires.
