Our Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC Reserve from the unique Ried Gebling vineyard returns to our selection after nearly a year of aging – a special single-vineyard wine with impressive aging potential. The 2024 vintage displays classic Veltliner aromas: ripe pear, juicy apple, delicate fruit sweetness, and an elegant mineral spiciness. On the palate, it is dense and slightly creamy, yet refreshingly crisp thanks to its pleasantly tangy acidity, leading to a powerful and lingering finish.
For us, it is one of the defining wines of our range – a Grüner Veltliner that reflects the full potential of this fantastic vineyard. Already a delight today, with the promise of gaining even more finesse over many years.
The Gebling vineyard is one of the most important and oldest sites in the Kremstal region – widely known for Grüner Veltliner wines with character, depth, and impressive longevity. Unique single-vineyard wines are produced here on calcareous loess soils, ranking among the finest examples of this variety.
