This Grüner Veltliner from our special cellar vineyard, "Ried Schnabel," showcases the typical characteristics of the Krems Valley with a delicate balance of freshness, fruit, and spice. On the nose, a harmonious interplay of ripe apple, yellow pear, and delicate herbal notes unfolds, complemented by a subtle mineral nuance that reflects the influence of the loess soils.

On the palate, it impresses with a lively structure, precise acidity and a pleasant spiciness, underlined by a light pepper note. The greenish-yellow color underlines its youthful freshness, while the long, animating finish rounds off the taste experience

Food recommendation: Ideal with traditional Austrian dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel or Backhendl, but also goes well with fish, light starters or Asian dishes.
