Wine description:
Our Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC Reserve from the unique Ried Gebling vineyard returns to our portfolio after just under a year of aging – a special vineyard wine with impressive aging potential. The 2024 vintage displays classic Veltliner aromas: ripe pear, juicy apple, delicate fruit sweetness and elegant mineral spiciness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and slightly creamy, while remaining fresh thanks to its pleasantly piquant acidity, leading to a powerful, long finish.
For us, it is one of the defining wines in our portfolio – a Grüner Veltliner that reflects the full potential of this exceptional vineyard. A delight today, with the promise of gaining even more finesse over many years.
Ried Gebling is one of the most important and oldest vineyards in Kremstal – widely renowned for producing Grüner Veltliner with character, depth and impressive longevity. The calcareous loess soils here produce unique vineyard wines that are among the finest examples of the variety.
