Wine description:
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a clear, invigorating bouquet. Juicy notes of lime and grapefruit mingle with delicate hints of gooseberry and ripe passion fruit. Subtle herbal spice and a touch of elderflower underscore its cool, precise character. On the palate, it is lean and lively, with a fresh, well-integrated acidity. The fruit remains elegant and not overpowering, supported by a fine minerality. The slightly lower alcohol content adds to its drinkability and a particularly clean, linear finish.
