On November 29th, in the early morning hours at -8°C, we carried out our ice wine harvest in the vineyards between Rohrendorf and Gobelsburg. This was the earliest ice wine harvest in the history of our family winery.
The 2025 harvest is over: the last Grüner Veltliner from the Schnabel vineyard is in the cellar, now the finishing touches begin – and anticipation is growing.
Starting with the 2024 winery year, our winery will be officially Sustainable Austria certified—and we're truly delighted! We've made many changes in recent years: from the vineyard and cellar work to packaging and labels. Many small steps have led us together to a major goal—more environmentally friendly, efficient, and future-oriented.
